Returns and Refunds

How to register your return

Please email contact@jukeoflondon.com who will provide instructions on how and where to return your package. We cannot accept responsibility for any products returned without prior communication and/or the item(s) meeting our returns criteria.

Returns Criteria

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns.
Returns must adhere to the following:

• In original packaging
• No signs of wear
• Item(s) must not be damaged and must be in the same condition you received it
• Proof of purchase or an order receipt must be provided

We reserve the right to return your item(s) back to you and without refund if it does not adhere to the above. We will not cover return costs in this instance.

Please note: We do not offer free returns in certain circumstances and it is the customer's responsibility to return the item back to us adhering to the returns criteria.

Refunds

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 working days from the date of your delivery and that adhere to our returns policy.

We do not offer monetary refunds on gift cards or sale items discounted at 25% or more. These items will be refunded with a JUKE of LONDON voucher.
